Pre-Press: Our pre-press process involves preparing your design for printing, ensuring that colors are accurately separated, and the design is optimized for the best possible print quality.
Screen Preparation: Utilizing our M&R automatic Screen Printing Press, we create high-resolution screens with your design, which are then carefully mounted onto our 10-color automatic screen printing system, capable of printing up to 10 colors at a time for complex and vibrant designs.
Printing: Our skilled technicians meticulously apply ink to the screens, transferring your design onto the chosen apparel. Utilizing the top-quality CHROMATEX Plastisol ink supplied by FH&Sons, we ensure vibrant, long-lasting prints. The printing process is finalized with a high heat natural gas oven, cooking the ink into the apparel for a durable, long-lasting finish that won’t fade or crack.
Quality Control & Finishing: Each printed garment undergoes a thorough quality inspection to guarantee that the final product meets our high standards. Once approved, the items are carefully packaged and prepared for delivery or pickup.
